El Registro Nacional de Reincidencia (RNR) y el Correo Oficial de la República Argentina firmaron un convenio de cooperación que posibilitará la tramitación del Certificado de Antecedentes Penales en distintas sucursales del servicio postal del Estado.

El Registro Nacional de Reincidencia informó que "abrirá en una primera etapa, delegaciones de Unidad de Expedición y Recepción (UER) en las sedes  que el Correo Argentino tiene en las ciudades de Catamarca, Formosa, Viedma, San Rafael y Corrientes". "De este modo el certificado digital de antecedentes penales se podrá tramitar de forma ágil y directa en los locales que la compañía estatal encargada del servicio postal tiene habilitados en distintos puntos del país", explicó el organismo dependiente del Ministerio de Justicia. Además indicó que "se estima que más de 4.000 personas por mes se verán beneficiados sin tener la necesidad de recurrir a gestores u otros intermediarios" y señaló que esas personas "ahorrarán tiempo y dinero al no tener que solicitar el certificado por vía postal a la sede central del RNR en Buenos Aires, donde el trámite suele tardar entre una semana y un mes".

"Con las aperturas de estas delegaciones el trámite se podrá realizar directamente en el lugar más cercano a su domicilio y se podrá contar con el mismo a través de la página web del Registro  www.dnrec.jus.gov.ar, en un plazo de 24 horas ó 5 días, según lo soliciten", finalizó el organismo.
