El diplomático vietnamita fue recibido en Rawson por el ministro Coordinador de Gabinete, Miguel Castro, y otros funcionarios de la Provincia. La agenda incluyó una vista al mural realizado por ceramistas de ese país en el Bicentenario Argentino.

En coincidencia con el 40º aniversario de las relaciones diplomáticas entre Argentina y Vietnam, este jueves el ministro Coordinador de Gabinete, Miguel Castro, recibió en la Casa de Gobierno en Rawson al embajador de Vietnam en nuestro país, Nguyen Van Dao. El encuentro, del que también participaron otros funcionarios de la Provincia, tuvo como eje potenciar los vínculos e intercambios con Chubut en materia comercial, turística y cultural.

Así lo destacó el diplomático vietnamita luego de cumplir una importante agenda en la capital provincial que comprendió, entre otras actividades, la visita al Muro de la Amistad con Vietnam “La Nueva Era”, ubicado en el Paseo del Bicentenario en Rawson frente a la Legislatura de la Provincia.

Van Dao sostuvo que se trata de la primera visita que realizan a la provincia y “para nosotros es muy importante, nos sentimos como si fuera nuestra casa”. Manifestó además que “este año celebramos el 40º aniversario de las relaciones diplomáticas entre Vietnam y Argentina, y en estos años se han obtenido muchos logros”.

El diplomático dijo finalmente que “en esta visita no podemos dejar de visitar los lugares de Chubut, acá hay muchas cosas que realmente valen la pena conocer como los pingüinos y las ballenas”.

Potencialidad de Chubut En tanto, la subsecretaria de Relaciones Institucionales, Rosa González, se refirió a la visita del diplomático y su comitiva a Chubut, indicando que en coincidencia con el fin de su mandato “vino a realizar la visita al mural”.

También habló de la reunión en Sala de Situación, donde Van Dao “ha tenido la oportunidad de presentar todas las actividades comerciales que tiene Vietnam y conocer asimismo las oportunidades comerciales de nuestra provincia y de la Patagonia, cuáles son nuestras posibilidades de crecimiento económico, como destino turístico, no sólo de los productos más tradicionales como la ballena, sino también de algunos desarrollos comerciales incipientes y de muy buena calidad”.

El mural Por otra parte, la ceramista Sonja Vitulic, responsable del Mural realizado en Rawson, explicó que la relación con ese país “nació en 2010 cuando coincide la celebración de nuestro Bicentenario con el milenio de Hanoi”.

En la capital vietnamita “también se hizo un proyecto de mural cerámico que abarca casi 6 kilómetros donde fui invitada en representación de nuestro país, y compartiendo experiencias los artistas del mural de Hanoi le regalaron a la ciudad de Rawson este mural”.

Cabe destacar que la obra fue realizada por dos artistas de Vietnam, Huy Cuong Nguyen y Viet Doan Bui, y fue inaugurado el 18 de mayo de 2010. El Mural fue declarado de Interés Municipal mediante Ordenanza N° 6750/09 por el Concejo Deliberante de Rawson y de Interés Legislativo mediante Resolución N° 213/09 por la Honorable Legislatura de la Provincia del Chubut.
