La Secretaría de Cultura de la Nación participará del VI Congreso Iberoamericano de Cultura, que se inaugura hoy en Costa Rica. El encuentro, que se realiza en la ciudad de San José hasta el domingo inclusive, tiene como tema central las Culturas Vivas Comunitarias (CVC).

Según destacó Cultura Nación, dentro de las CVC se comprenden iniciativas que preservan tradiciones, creencias y modos de expresar y compartir en las comunidades, que sirven para incentivar el uso de espacios públicos, el sentido de comunidad, cuidando la naturaleza y fomentando, a su vez, la creatividad. El Congreso también contará con un espacio para el intercambio de experiencias sobre proyectos de este tipo, de una manera horizontal y abierta.

En este sentido, la subsecretaría de Políticas Socioculturales, las direcciones nacionales de Política Cultural y Cooperación Internacional; y Artes, además de siete Puntos de Cultura integrantes del programa que impulsa la Secretaría de Cultura de la Nación, participarán del Congreso en reuniones de trabajo, talleres, paneles de debate y charlas.

The Ministry of Culture of the Nation will participate in the VI Ibero-American Congress on Culture, which opens today in Costa Rica . The meeting , held in the city of San Jose to Sunday inclusive, has the theme Living Cultures Community (CVC ) .

According Culture Nation highlighted within the CVC initiatives that preserve traditions, beliefs and ways of expressing and sharing in communities , which serve to encourage the use of public spaces , the sense of community , caring and encouraging nature are understood, their time , creativity . Congress also have a space for the exchange of experiences on projects of this type , a horizontal and open manner.

In this sense, the undersecretary of Socio-Cultural Policy , the national leadership of Cultural Policy and International Cooperation; and Arts, and seven members Points of Culture program that drives the Ministry of Culture of the Nation , the Congress will participate in meetings, workshops, panel discussions and lectures.

Las organizaciones que tendrán la posibilidad de mostrar su trabajo sociocultural y conocer otras iniciativas a nivel latinoamericano durante el Congreso son la Asociación Civil La Luciérnaga (Córdoba), Biblioteca Popular Teresita Yugdar (Entre Ríos), Asociación Civil El Centenario, Educación para el Desarrollo de Eldorado (Misiones), Sociedad de Fomento Vecinos del Barrio La Loma de Temperley (Buenos Aires), Fundación Wayruro (Jujuy) y Comunidad Guaraní Cuape Yayembuate (Jujuy), junto con el Círculo de Cultura Grupo de Teatro Comunitario Catalinas Sur (CABA).

Estos Puntos de Cultura, seleccionados en función de un criterio federal que abarca las diversas disciplinas y manifestaciones culturales, llevan adelante distintas actividades, como la elaboración de una revista barrial, las proyecciones de material audiovisual y el dictado de talleres de música, historia, periodismo, cine, murga, fotografía y armado de instrumentos. Durante su visita a Costa Rica, los representantes de las organizaciones dictarán talleres y expondrán en las Ventana de experiencias.

Por otra parte, Franco Vitali, subsecretario de Políticas Socioculturales, expondrá en el Panel “Gestión pública y fortalecimiento de las Culturas Vivas Comunitarias”, acerca de la democratización del acceso a la cultura y modelos redistributivos; y Mónica Guariglio, directora nacional de Política Cultural y Cooperación Internacional, participará de la reunión de Ministros de Cultura, en la que se tratarán temas que, posteriormente, serán elevados a las instancias iberoamericanas.

Además, Guariglio estará presente en el encuentro entre representantes de los Programas Iberoamericanos de Cooperación Cultural y Rebeca Grynspan, nueva secretaria general iberoamericana.

Sobre los Congresos Iberoamericanos de Cultura

El Congreso Iberoamericano de Cultura nació en 2008, como un espacio para atender la Carta Cultural Iberoamericana, firmada en 2006, en la Cumbre de Jefes de Estado de Iberoamérica que se llevó a cabo en Montevideo, Uruguay. La primera edición tuvo lugar en México D. F. en 2008, y el enfoque giró en torno al cine y el audiovisual. En 2009, fue San Pablo, Brasil, la ciudad elegida como sede, bajo el lema “Cultura ytransformación social”. Medellín, Colombia, recibió la edición de 2010, designando el ámbito musical iberoamericano como tema central. En 2011, el Congreso desarrollado en Mar de Plata, Argentina, se centró en las relaciones entre cultura, política y participación popular, mientras que Zaragoza, España, en su V edición, se transformó en el epicentro de la cultura digital y el trabajo en red.

Iberoamerican Congress on Culture

The American Congress of Culture was born in 2008 as a space to serve the Latin American Cultural Charter signed in 2006 , at the Summit of Heads of State of Latin America to be held in Montevideo, Uruguay . The first edition took place in Mexico City in 2008 , and the focus revolved around the film and audiovisual . In 2009 , it was San Paulo, Brazil , the city chosen to host under the theme " social ytransformación Culture " . Medellin, Colombia , received the 2010 , designating the Latin American music scene as a central theme . In 2011 , Congress developed in Mar de Plata, Argentina , focused on the relationship between culture , politics and popular participation , while Zaragoza, Spain , where V edition, has become the epicenter of the digital culture and work in net.
